Shipping Policy:

  • For local customers within Quebec, we offer standard ground shipping options through major carriers like Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery to your door.

  • Estimated delivery times depend on your location, but standard shipping within Quebec and Canada typically takes between 2-3 business days after the package leaves our facility.

  • Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume, carrier backlogs, or severe weather conditions, which are outside of our direct control.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout; Mobile Snap is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

  • If a package is returned to our Quebec head office due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the package.

  • If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@mobilesnap.ca within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
