When do I choose the exact model?
At the start of the journey. Choose the exact model first so we only show compatible case options.
Can I upload and reposition my own photo?
Yes. The personalization editor lets you upload your image and use the editing controls configured for that product before you order.
Will I see my personalized case before ordering?
Yes. Use the preview to check your photo and its placement. The case mockup is illustrative; also check your selected device model.
Why are some case styles or devices marked as coming soon?
We add new case styles and device support gradually as compatibility and personalization are verified.
Can the available case types change later?
Yes. Available cases can change as new styles and supported device models are added.
